The Naos Harbour Island Residences and Marina development was the big hit of the 2016 ACOBIR Real Estate Expo, one of the largest annual real estate events in Panama.

The Punta Pacifica Realty team participated in all five days of the Expo, which typically draws between 20,000 and 30,000 real estate specialists from around the world. Without a doubt, the booth for the Naos project attracted serious buzz, with attendees looking for investment opportunities and end users who want to live on the water and take advantage of all of Panama City’s charms.

In addition, Naos’ location offers the beauty and quiet of a tropical island only 10 minutes from the center of the city. Naos is one of three islands along the Amador Causeway, which is rapidly turning into the cultural and tourist epicenter of the city. Amador is home to the Frank Gehry-designed BioMusem and a $200 million convention center under construction, both minutes from NAOS.

Naos Harbour Island Residences and Marina is poised to become a mainstay of the Causeway community, offering the mix of a comfortable and quiet waterfront neighborhood, with all the conveniences of a commercial center and the elegance of a  marina. The first phase, including three, six-story buildings with 122 residences  with vast ocean views, is largely completed and the project is moving forward briskly after a series of  delays.

The experts were able to immediately identify that there is no other project like Naos with such close proximity to the city. And there was visible excitement at the ability to grow Panama City as a boating destination, creating the type of luxury destination that truly takes advantage of the city’s beautiful waterfront.  No other area in the city offers the potential appreciation of Amador, compared to similar waterfront areas around the world. With more than $300 million in government investments into the area, the local market value is primed for an immediate appreciation.

There are only a few units available at the developer’s discount prices in the first phase. PPR has also started offering units in the second phase, which are expected to sell quickly at a higher price. Investors know when the last units are gone, the good deals with prices at these levels won’t be seen again.
