The Trump Ocean Club has a new breakfast spot. The entrepreneurs behind the popular La Vespa Vista Mare on the tower’s ocean terrace last weekend opened the Deluca Euro Café Bar, bringing a European flair to the building’s ground floor shopping and restaurant district.

“Finally, a great place for coffee, breakfast and more in the Trump Tower!!!!” the company announced in a press release, which pretty much sums it up. The Trump has always had great restaurants and coffee choices in the shopping district, but there was a clear need for a breakfast option.

The new restaurant, which takes the space formerly occupied by Dolce Idea, is “committed to serving only the best quality and freshest ingredients available on the local market,” according to a press release from the company.

The menu features “a European touch on breakfast classics,” including fresh croissants, Eggs Benedict and “various flavors of bagels and cream cheese.” The café will also be open for lunch, with a salad bar, paninis, sandwiches, homemade quiche and a soup of the day.

On weekends, the Café will offer a brunch with waffles, crepes and French toast. A brunch delivery service is available for Trump tower residents, according to the release.

Best of all, Deluca has that distinctly European style, creating a place to gather and socialize. Coffee, pastries, cakes and freshly-baked baguettes are available throughout the day. And for a healthier vibe, the menu includes teas, smoothies, and green juices.

La Vespa has been an excellent addition to the Punta Pacifica culinary landscape. Opened in the tower earlier this year, La Vespa brought a real enthusiasm for Italian food made with fresh and natural ingredients to the Trump.

Deluca is clearly bringing the same principles to a more casual environment.
