Punta Pacifica Realty’s Property Management department continues to place happy renters into Punta Pacifica apartments at a record pace, with 22 rental deals signed in October.
While many real estate company are struggling, Punta Pacifica Realty has seen a 20 percent increase in the rental business in the last year and has recently doubled the size of the sales team in anticipation of further growth.
PPR’s October’s effort was led by real estate consultant Ryan Vidal, who handled 10 rentals in the month to earn membership in PPR’s exclusive Mont Blanc Club for sales associates. The Mont Blanc Club recognizes team members who have closed 10 rentals in a month or four signed sales agreements. The Club spotlights outstanding achievement by PPR sales associates, who have demonstrated customer service that goes above and beyond the normal.
Many real estate companies would be ecstatic to have a month with 10 rentals combined for their whole team, let alone have one agent pull it off. Ryan earned the Mont Blanc status with hard work, a focus on taking care of his clients’ every need and a willingness to work together with PPR’s dedicated team of professionals.
Ryan, a 2012 business graduate from the University of Kentucky who is fluent in Spanish, joined PPR in 2014. He is only the third PPR team member to achieve Mont Blanc status since the program was launched in Dec. of 2016, joining Raul Hassan, who completed 10 rentals in January and Michela Dattillo, who achieved four signed sales contracts in July. (In addition to special honors within the office, club members receive a Mont Blanc executive pen.)
“It feels great to accomplish 10 rental transactions in a month,” Ryan says. “It was a collective effort from the entire team for me to be able to personally reach this milestone. I’ve been trained to use the High Payoff Activity Guide, part of PPR’s on-going training, which has really helped me be effective in helping my clients.”
This is the fourth month in 2017 with more than 20 rentals placed by PPR, which illustrates not only the trends in the market but PPR’s commitment to customer service for both landlords and tenants. PPR’s in-house record is 23 rentals a month.
Several factors are contributing to our increased rental production, including strengthened relationships with multinationals and relocation companies, as well as our connections to a vast network of brokers that relies on PPR inventory of top apartments for their executive clients. But it also reflects the amazing efforts of our expanded team of property management and rental specialists—including Ryan, Raul, and Michela–which has also resulted in PPR having the largest property management program in the country, with more than $100 million in properties under management.
