The Secret to Punta Pacifica Real Estate

As the largest property management firm in Panama we often know who is thinking about selling long before the best residences go on the market. This is often how it works in Panama, where there is no MLS. Properties are often available before they are publicized. In the trade we call it the “pocket inventory,” and it’s a big part of the Panama real estate market.
