I now have been living in Panama City, Panama, and more correctly, in Punta Pacifica for over a month. I have been thinking of this move for several years. After my wife died almost four years ago, I decided this is the time. I made several one-week trips to check out the lay of the land. Then I made contact with Laura Soto of Punta Pacifica Realty. She in turn put me in contact with two of the company’s agents.
Brian Kelly and Ryan Vidal, each of these professionals, made me feel not like a customer but a friend. They listened to my requirements and showed the properties that meets them. There was no wasting of my time trying to put me into something which I could not afford or did not meet my needs. I ended up with the apartment that I liked at all angles. Ryan Vidal was there not only for the rental (in my case), but was there to locate and supply the other needs such as electric, cable, cellphone, etc.
I think the thing that struck me the most is from the moment you make contact with their office, you don’t feel like a customer. You are treated as a friend.
Therefore, I would recommend Punta Pacifica Realty to anyone who is interested in moving or investing in Panama.
