Pre-Launch Pricing Draws Buyers to Ocean Reef Project

PPR’s exclusive pre-launch sale of apartments in the third and final phase of Beach Club Residences was officially a hit. Six of the twelve units were sold in the 30-day pre-launch window when PPR’s clients were given direct access to the last units in BCR, which is the only condominium project offering smaller and more manageably-sized units on Ocean Reef, the private islands in Panama Bay.

At this point, there are only six units left in the third phase of this very special development–four, three-bedroom units and two, two-bedroom units–which offer waterfront living minutes from downtown Panama City.

Investors and second-home buyers have taken note of the location next to the Ocean Reef yacht club and marina, which will be the most exclusive yacht facility in the region. They can also see the construction progress on the islands and they know these deals won’t last.

The sales activity during the pre-launch phase is especially telling since we didn’t do any external promotions. All the sales came from word of mouth and our relationships with potential buyers, investors and the developer.

 Together, we sold four standard three-bedroom units and two of the beautiful rooftop penthouses, which offer spectacular luxury and one-of-a-kind views.

After this latest flurry, there are only these six units left in the third phase of BCR. That’s it. We still have a few of these units at special “friends and family” pricing that will end August 15, so contact me now if you’re interested in learning more.
