Is Panama Real Estate Still Open For Business?

After a wild week in world events, let me update you on the Panama property market and what we’re doing at Punta Pacifica Realty (PPR). 

While we have temporarily closed our physical offices per guidelines from Panama’s public health agencies, please know your PPR team is pressing forward and working with clients on a daily basis. There’s nothing close to “business as usual,” but we are finding new ways to connect with our clients and provide daily service. 

We are taking all necessary cautions and working remotely, using the wide array of technology at our disposal. We’re staying in touch with video calls and conferencing, and we’re able to share the property with our 3D virtual tours. We can also complete contracts with secure online document signing, allowing us to continue business in a time of social distancing.

At the same time, we continue to look for great deals to help our clients. Disruptions in markets always provide opportunities and challenges and we continue to seek out properties, especially for our investor clients. Despite this unprecedented global crisis, we have been able to keep up the momentum for our clients.

  • 13 new residential leases signed so far in March
  • 16 properties under sales contract to close over the next 90 days
  • $2M+ in preconstruction project sales signed so far in March

Yes, there are complications, extension requests, and logistical challenges. But we are on it. On a daily basis, we’re finding the best possible solutions for our clients and driving deals through to close.
