A new wave of tourism meant more people discovering Panama for the first time.
Expats Embrace Visa Programs
Panama continued to grow its reputation as the world’s most welcoming country. While other countries pulled back on their Golden Visa and similar programs, Panama continued to expand and improve its visa offerings, especially for property buyers. As more developments come to fruition, homes are filling up and there is an expanding sense of life and energy on the islands. No longer a development, it is now a home. With only few new developments planned, interest is soaring in the existing homes available.
Beating the Economic Trends
Panama continues to invest in infrastructure, including progress on the Panama City to David train, the city metro network and the fourth bridge over the Panama Canal. The projects will transform the country, bringing new accessibility and opportunities. With each step, the government is laying the foundation for the next generation of success and prosperity.
