A Better Tool for Our Customers

At PPR Property Management, one of our core values is to “Embrace Technology for Outstanding Results.” Our goal is to use technology to provide better service and increase efficiency for our customers. 

Following that creed, we recently made a significant investment to upgrade our property management software, which will allow us to provide a level of service unequaled by any other property management firm in Panama City. We are now using the Web-based customized property management software deployed on the SAP Business One platform, giving us a state-of-the-art platform to manage our clients’ property. 

What does this mean for our property management clients? This software offers a level of professionalism and information that you won’t be able to find anywhere else. The SAP Business One software offers Punta Pacifica Realty property management clients up to date statistics and investment performance with just a few keystrokes. At the same time, the system allows property managers to follow rental activity, track and post payments, set reminders for pre-scheduled tasks, calendarize appointments, create purchase orders, work orders, review maintenance issues, and track leads for potential new tenants. All these features and more are packaged together in an easy-to-use platform that may be accessed remotely on mobile devices, ensuring that we can communicate quickly and effectively to report on anything involving your real estate investment.

We believe the software will increase response times, improve accuracy, and save our clients time and money. We didn’t make this move lightly. We investigated different systems and decided SAP was the software that would best benefit our clients.
