PPR Launches 6% Guaranteed Rental Program

A new program offers Panama City buyers a risk-free opportunity to enter the rental market in one of Panama City’s hottest new projects.

This unique guaranteed rental Program guarantees a 6% rental return for two years on an apartment in Wanders & Yoo, the two-tower resort-style development designed by Yoo and internationally-acclaimed Dutch designer Marcel Wanders. There are only five (5) units available in the program, including two of the popular two-bedroom layouts.

The Wanders & Yoo is recently completed and already becoming one of the most popular new rental options for Panama City’s downtown. It has all the elements. Backed by Yoo’s international brand, Wanders and Yoo combine the luxury and lifestyle of a 5-star hotel in a residential building, in the heart of central Panama City. The development is where “nature and architecture meet,” offering a strong connection between lush landscaping, spectacular views from every apartment, and resort-style amenities.

The luxury amenities and full-service environment fill an important niche in the market. The Yoo Panama is already one of the city’s most popular rental options, and the new Wanders and Yoo is experiencing huge rental interest since its recent opening. In the past year, there has been a significant uptick in the rental market, with the supply of available units decreasing in the top buildings. In towers like the Yoo and The Ocean Club, occupancy rates are above 90%, with rates increasing for units with views and easy access to amenities.

With the first tower in Wanders & Yoo having just started handovers to new owners and renters, the 6% Guaranteed Rental Program is a timely incentive for the limited number of apartments being included. The available units are turn-key, tenant-ready apartments; in addition to the two-bedroom units, there are three three-bedroom apartments, perfect for young families.

The rental program guarantees cash flow for the first two years, an attractive option for investors looking to build income in the city. Want to learn more? Want to learn more? Send us a quick email at
