During a community event in the Trump Ocean Club shopping zone Wednesday night, Punta Pacifica Realty introduced a special deal for current residents of the iconic tower. The PPR Trump Card offers a $50,000 credit on the list price of any developer’s residence in the Trump Ocean. This deal is available in May, only through PPR.

The Trump is in the close out phase, with only a few developer units left for sale. “The PPR Trump Card is a great way to reward people who are already part of the Trump Ocean Club family,” said Jeff Barton, managing director of Punta Pacifica Realty.

“Once these final units have been sold, it will mark the end of an era for this unique tower.” The party hosted Wednesday by the Trump staff was a great way to introduce this promotion and meet with residents and visitors, in a casual setting. Several PPR staffers were on hand in PPR’s Trump satellite office to share a beverage and snacks, and discuss the latest trends in the market and the variety of services offered for this special event. About 150 people came around PPR’s office during the evening.

“It was really a pleasure to meet and talk with so many people in the community,” said Duncan McGowan, president of PPR and chair of the Trump homeowners’ association. “The Trump administration put together a wonderful evening for all the tenants of the commercial district.”
