PPR’s Brian Kelly Earns Rolex Honor

At Punta Pacifica Realty, we long ago established a tradition of recognizing our sales and rental team members who have provided exceptional customer service and achieved extraordinary results. We are proud of the growth and commitment of our team, and it’s our way of showing our support and gratitude for their work.

First, we started with the Mont Blanc Club and then came the Ambassadors Club, which established new standards for performance. Last year, we set an entirely new level — the Rolex Club — and, frankly, we weren’t sure if anybody was actually going to hit that level.

Now I’m proud to announce that our vice president of sales, Brian Kelly, has become the first team member to join the Rolex Club, an amazing achievement. Brian earned the status by setting what is almost certainly a new 12-month sales record in Panama while demonstrating an amazing level of clientele satisfaction.

In recognition of his work and success, Brian was awarded a new Rolex Datejust with a mint green dial, which was presented to him at our September team celebration.

On a personal level, we’re all proud of Brian. He’s worked with PPR for nearly a decade, and his success is a product of hard work, a willingness to learn, and a devotion to helping every client. Brian has built relationships and earned the trust of our clients. He’s also a great example for our team, which is why he was recently promoted to Sales Manager, where he can help other members of the team find their path to success.

Brian spent his early career in hospitality, which has played a  major role in his achievements.

“I understand the term, ‘being of service,’ “ Brian says. “I am willing to go out of my way to provide my clients with the best level of service that I can.”

Brian takes pride in sharing his knowledge of Panama and the market with clients. I’ve seen him excel at follow-ups, making sure all questions are answered. He’s helped many clients through multiple investments, working with them to make smart choices that fit their personal strategies and goals.

“For me, it’s about building long-term relationships with my clients based on trust that carries on much further than just a real estate transaction,” Brian says.

In his new role as Sales Manager, Brian is helping the PPR sales and rental team, recruiting people who are eager to learn and grow in Panama’s top property company. He is actively sharing the lessons he’s learned over 10 years working with property buyers in Panama City.

“I am always looking for those “over achievers” or people that think they are “winners” that want to join our team and take hold of the opportunities we offer at PPR,” Brian says. “I am proof you can achieve and surpass what you thought was possible.”

Congratulations, Brian, the first member of the PPR Rolex Club.
