Recently we started a new recruiting campaign, looking to invite a few like-minded individuals to join our sales and marketing team. We seek professionals eager to grow and be part of building something great. We’re in no rush; we’re trying to build a special team of professionals.
But this process focused on the type of people we hope to attract. We really started to examine the elements that separate someone who succeeds and the employee who is simply punching a clock. It was an interesting process.
We’re looking for people who want more than a job and an income stream. Our goal is to help our team members grow on a personal level. We’re looking for winners, people who are eager to get into the winner’s circle. But what makes a winner? Here are just a few elements:

The list goes on. But what we’ve learned is, “attitude is everything.” We all have faulty attitude’s; it’s just how were made. But smart people choose to a positive path, rather than the easier and more natural negative road.
