For the second year, Margaritaville Hotels & Resorts ranked number one for guest satisfaction in the J.D. Power 2024 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index. Margaritaville ranked highest in Staff Service, Hotel Facility, Guest Room, and Communications & Connectivity, earning the top spot in the Upper Upscale Hotel Brands.

The annual study analyzes over 33,754 guest responses to survey questions and benchmarks 102 hospitality companies across nine market segments to measure guest satisfaction, advocacy, and loyalty.
